2013 Solid & reliable--looks like an easy 200,000+ --stick with the front wheel drive. 2013 Ford Edge 170,000 miles and going strong. Except for faulty door ajar switches triggering a false dash light warning, a nice ride. 3 faulty door switches covered under warranty--the 4th did not go bad until 125,000 miles.

The simple and even tiny engine can show the performance of the traditional V6 or even V8 leaving all its competitors far behind on the road. The wonderful gas mileage and pretty decent reliability add to the idea of buying a Ford or a Lincoln powered with an EcoBoost unit.

Even things like waiting for the wife to get out of store, and I’m waiting in the car for a while, it’d be nice to have some a/c running and take a nap. I feel like small conveniences like that make hybrids so darn usable for a daily driver, and of course the great mpg.
