Memories of the Grey is triggered by speaking to Blackwell in Haven. He'll show you some maps of objects that can be found in several areas. There are five world areas he wants you to search in

Kal-Sharok is a great thaig and one of the remaining dwarven kingdoms in Thedas. The city lies deep beneath the Hunterhorn Mountains, between Orlais and the Anderfels. Thousands of years ago, Kal-Sharok was the capital of the dwarven empire. It is considered as a "great thaig" along with Orzammar and Kal'Hirol. The empire had enjoyed good trade with the Tevinter Imperium due to Kal-Sharok's Deep Roads Expeditions: Bastion of the Pure Excavation is an expedition table scouting operation in The Descent DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition. Find and unlock the operation in the Bastion of the Pure. Pass the bridge built in the Deep Roads Expeditions: Bastion of the Pure Bridge expedition table mission. When you get to the fork, look up along the wall to the west, among the lyrium veins
Gears in the Deep Roads is a collection from The Descent DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition. Bloodstained ancient gears are scattered throughout the various regions of the Deep Roads. Collect them to open Gates of Segrummar, revealing the secrets within.
"First, go to your inquisition installation folder, which is usually in. C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition. There you will find a folder called "Update," which you will open. Inside you will find two folders with "patch" in their names. Delete them both. Open origin, right click inquisition, and click repair game.

NOTE: I was able to use a work around. First I saved the game right before going to the Deep Roads. Remember the version number in the file named "package.mft" located in the folder "Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch_ModManagerMerge". Using that number, change it in file with the same name in the folder "Update\Patch".
